CASE STUDY / VIP AIRPORT PLATFORM

01The challenge

Airport assistance is an operational workflow, not just a contact form.

The experience has to work for two sides at once: a traveler who needs a clear, premium way to request assistance, and a team that needs structured information to coordinate the service.

02What we built

One platform.
Two connected experiences.

A focused public experience connected directly to an operational backend and admin workflow.

01 / TRAVELER EXPERIENCE

Service discovery → booking

Visitors can understand the service, choose an assistance type, submit flight and passenger information, and receive a booking code for confirmation.

Fast TrackAirport AssistanceE-VisaConcierge
02 / OPERATIONS EXPERIENCE

Booking → coordination

Every request becomes a structured operational record that can be searched, filtered, assigned, updated, documented, and followed through its lifecycle.

03 / SERVICE DISCOVERY

Four services.
One coordinated journey.

The public product separates four core services while keeping the booking path consistent: VIP Fast Track, Airport Assistance, E-Visa Assistance, and Concierge Service.

Discover→Select service→Book→Confirm
VIP FAST TRACK

Priority airport assistance and smoother arrival/departure handling.

AIRPORT ASSISTANCE

Structured assistance around the passenger journey.

E-VISA ASSISTANCE

Assistance around visa preparation and travel documentation.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Additional support beyond the airport journey.

04Booking engine

Every booking starts
with structured data.

Instead of collecting a vague request, the system captures the information operations actually need to coordinate airport assistance.

DATA MODEL

A booking becomes a real operational object.

Customer, flight, passengers, documents, booking status, payment status, internal notes, and activity logs are represented as structured data instead of being buried inside an email thread.

05From booking to operations

Every booking becomes
an operational record.

The lifecycle gives the team a shared state for every request, from the first inquiry to completed service.

01New

New airport assistance request enters the system.

02Contacted

Team confirms details with the customer.

03Confirmed

Service and travel details are confirmed.

04Assigned

Operational ownership is assigned.

05In Progress

Service is actively being coordinated.

06Completed

Journey is completed and recorded.

06 / OPERATIONS HUB

The interface behind
the experience.

The admin side is deliberately operational: dashboard metrics, booking search and filters, status/payment controls, passenger data, documents, notes, WhatsApp contact, and activity history.

07Documents & security

Sensitive documents need
controlled access.

Passenger identity and travel documents are part of the workflow, so the implementation treats them as protected operational data.

01 / VALIDATION

Controlled file types

Uploads are restricted to supported image/PDF types with a configured maximum size.

02 / STORAGE

Non-public uploads

Uploaded documents are not exposed as ordinary public static assets.

03 / ACCESS

Protected retrieval

Documents are accessed through protected admin routes rather than public file paths.
